• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
• One Bowl Classic Chocolate Cake Wet Ingredients:
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup warm water (warm from the tap is fine)
• Chocolate Icing: Basic Chocolate Buttercream Ingredients
• - makes about 3 cups -
