- 1 tsp cardamom pods
- 1 tbsp tomato pure
- 2 x 150g skinless chicken breasts, cut in to 2.5cm pieces
- green pepper, chopped
- 1 packets steamed Tilda basmati rice
- fresh coriander
- 1 tsp lemon juice
