  • 1 finely diced carrot
  • 1 small bulb fennel, finely diced
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1 Devon crab, , dressed
  • 1 pepper
  • 675 g mayonnaise
  • 25 g parsley
  • 25 g chervil, each
  • 12 g thinly sliced chives
  • 12 g basil
  • 240 g flour
  • 4 eggs, beaten
To serve

  • rocket, salad
  • new potatoes
