  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2/3 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
