- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
