  • 49.5 fl. oz. low fat unsalted chicken broth
  • 3 medium garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano leaves
  • 14.5 whole canned unsalted tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, quartered
  • 1 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, drained
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb red snapper, cut into 1-inch pieces (or other firm white fish)
  • 2 medium limes, cut into wedges
