Sour-cream Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6   hard-cooked eggs, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon  sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon  Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons  lemon juice
  •   Dash paprika
  •   Garnish: additional paprika and 12 green-olive halves

Description

Using A Sharp Knife, Cut Eggs In Half Lengthwise. Remove Egg Yolks And Place In A Bowl. Set Aside Egg-white Shells.
