- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Thyme Fresh , pulled from stem and chopped
- 1/4 cup Parsley Italian Fresh , remove stem and chop
- 1/2 cup Chive Fresh , diced fine
- 1/2 cup Red Pepper , diced fine
- 1/4 cup Parsley Italian Fresh , remove from stem and chop
- 1/4 cup Panko Crumbs , (Japanese bread crumbs)
- 2 ea Egg large , for coating
- 1/2 cup Flour , for coating
- 1 cup Panko Crumbs , for coating
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil , for frying
