  • 3 ea Egg Yolk
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice , freshly squeezed
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp Tobasco Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Mustard Dijon , (prefer Grey Poupon)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper , freshly ground
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Thyme Fresh , pulled from stem and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Italian Fresh , remove stem and chop
  • 1/2 cup Chive Fresh , diced fine
  • 1/2 cup Red Pepper , diced fine
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Italian Fresh , remove from stem and chop
  • 1/4 cup Panko Crumbs , (Japanese bread crumbs)
  • 2 ea Egg large , for coating
  • 1/2 cup Flour , for coating
  • 1 cup Panko Crumbs , for coating
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil , for frying
