  • 3 tablespoons  white wine or vegetable stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons  chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon  chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
