  • 1/2 cup  dry white wine, (optional)
  • 1 cup  frozen baby peas, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon  finely grated fresh lemon zest
  • 1 1/3 cups  finely grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 tablespoons  finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  •   Salt and pepper to taste
