  • 1/4 cup  quick-cooking tapioca
  • 1 12-ounce package (3 cups)  cranberries, halved or coarsely chopped
  • 2-1/4 cups  sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon  almond extract
  •   Milk
  •   Sugar
