Cheddar And Onion Yeast Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup  vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 cup  finely chopped onion
  • 1 (.25-ounce) package  active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup  sugar, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups  warm milk (105 to 115 degrees), divided
  • 1 large  egg
  • 1 cup  shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon  salt
  • 4 3/4 cups  bread flour
  • 1/4 cup  grated Parmesan cheese

Description

Heat 2 Tablespoons Oil In A Small Skillet Over Medium Heat. Add Onion; Cook For Approximately 5 Minutes Until Onion Is Tender, Stirring Constantly. Set Aside To Cool.
