  • 2-1/2 pounds  sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
  • 12 to 16 ounces  kielbasa or other smoked sausage links, halved lengthwise and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 14-1/2ounce can  chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup  apricot nectar
  • 1/2 cup  dried apricots
  •   Canned chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup  apricot nectar
  • 4 teaspoons  cornstarch
