- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos, shredded
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
