  • 2-1/4 cups  milk
  • 1 3-ounce package  cream cheese, cut up
  • 1-1/2 cups  loose-pack frozen cut broccoli
  • 1/2 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup  diced fully cooked ham
  • 2 tablespoons  toasted sliced almonds
