Rustic Stone-fruit Tart

Ingredients

  • 2   plums, pitted and sliced
  • 1 large  peach, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1   nectarine, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons  all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons  plus 2 teaspoons sugar, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon  lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon  ground cinnamon
  • 1 recipe  Classic Pie Dough (Recipe follows.)
  • 1 large  egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon  heavy whipping cream

Description

Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees. Line A Baking Sheet With Parchment Paper; Set Aside.
