  • 2 lb.  ground lamb
  • 1 16-oz. bottle  pomegranate juice
  • 1 tsp.  sugar
  • 3 Tbsp.  olive oil
  • 1-1/2 cups  plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp.  snipped fresh chives
  • 1 clove  garlic, minced
  •   Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  •   Toasted pita bread wedges (optional)
