1 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, chopped
1 c. butternut mashed/pureed frozen butternut squash, thawed, excess water drained
5 extra large eggs
1 c. onion, chopped
1 oz. soft goat cheese
1/4 c. low-fat greek yogurt
2 T. sliced almonds
2 T. chives (I used freeze-dried)
1 T. dill (dried)
3 cloves garlic (I used freeze-dried)
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt.
1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
