- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 head red leaf lettuce, washed and dried
- 1 22-ounce package Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Frozen Chicken Breast Strips, thawed
- 1 15-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped candied walnuts
Description
In A Large Saucepan Cook Green Beans, Covered, In A Small Amount Of Boiling Lightly Salted Water 10-15 Minutes Or Just Until Tender; Drain. Rinse With Cold Water; Drain Again. Use Immediately Or Cover And Chill Up To 24 Hours.
