1 1/2 lb grilling steaks (strip, ribeye, or sirloin)
1/2 lb fresh asparagus spears
6 oz pre-sliced portabella mushrooms   
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
 


4 slices Bakery Italian multigrain bread
4 teaspoons buttery spread (or butter)
4 slices mild white cheese

1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 bananas (rinsed)
4 long skewers, optional
1/4 cup honey
