1 1/2 pounds jumbo shrimp , peeled and de-veined
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 small cloves of garlic , minced
1 tablespoon lemon zest and 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
3 medium (about 1 1/2 pounds) Yukon gold potatoes , scrubbed and sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 tablespoons capers
