2/3 cup half-and-half
3 tablespoons bread crumbs

Cinnamon Whipped Cream
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons dark rum
