Giannangelo Farms Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

3 cloves garlic1/4 cup roasted sunflower seed1/2 cup olive oil2 cups fresh basil1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheesePut garlic, sunflower seeds, and olive oil in blender and puree. Add basil and reblend. Stir cheese. Makes about 1 cup. NOTES : I use a food processor to mix it
