- 2 tsp Massel Salt Reduced Stock Powder Chicken Style
- 1 stem lemon grass, cut into 4cm lengths, bruised
- 1 tsp fish sauce (see note)
- 1 tbs fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 300g snow peas, trimmed, halved
- Sliced fresh red chilli, to serve
