- 1 Yellow Onion, diced
3 Cans Chickpeas/Garbanzos
1 Tbsp Chives
3 Carrots, Julienned and cut into 1" lengths
4 Cups Broccoli
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs (I use seasoned)
1 Cup Vegetable Broth
3.5 Tbsp Olive Oil (the .5 is for sauteeing the onions)
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Paprika
Optional: 4 Tbsp roasted slivered almonds, for garnish
