- 1Â 1/2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. reduced-fat lowfat sour cream
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 4 ounce cholesterol-free wide noodles cooked without salt,
