Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean Grnd Beef
  • 3/4 c. Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 sm Onion, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp Instant Beef Bouillon, -or possibly-
  • 1 x Beef Bouillon Cube
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Chives, finely snipped -or possibly-
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry Chives
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
