- 2 x Egg, yolks
- 2 Tbsp. Green bell peppers, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Pimiento, finely minced
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
