  • 1/2 x yellow onion cut 1/4" dice
  • 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 2 lb crab meat (Dungeness, rock, snow, or possibly lump)
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Coleman's dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  •     Extra virgin olive oil as needed
