- 2/3 Cup (160ml) Crème De Cacao
- 1/4 Cup (90g) Golden Syrup
- 250g Butter, softened
- 2 TSP Concentrated Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1 Cup (200g) Firmly packed Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 100g Dark eating Chocolate, grated
- 2 1/4 Cups (335g) Plain Flour
- 2 TSP Mixed Spice
- 1/4 Cup (60ml) Crème De Cacao extra To Decorate
- 1/4 Cup (55g) Caster Sugar
- 1/4 Cup (60ml) Water
- 500g Packet Soft Icing (Fondant) Pure Icing Sugar (Not icing sugar mixture)
- White Sprinkles or Cachous
