12 oz neufchatel cheese (American, 1/3 less fat), softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

2 each eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
