- 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced into ribbons (see tip)
- 1 cup dry-roasted cashew nuts
Description
Arrange Prawns, Mango, Cucumber And Cashews On Plates. Serve. Notes Use A Vegetable Peeler To Slice Cucumber Into Ribbons.
