heirloom Tomato Salad With Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients

Mustard Vinaigrette
2/3 cup maltvinegar
1/2 cup GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. minced freshgarlic
2 tsp. capers, drained, chopped
3 each anchovies, finely chopped
1 tsp. freshlyground black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. seasalt
1-1/4 cups extra virginolive oil
Salad
16 each red heirloomtomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
16 each yellow heirloomtomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
to taste Salt and pepper
2 qt. fennel, thinly shaved
2-3/4 qt. frisee
1 cup fresh basil, chiffonade, divided
2-2/3 cups kalamata olives, cut in half
2 cups Parmesancheese, shaved
32 slices ciabattabread, thinly sliced, rubbed with garlic and oil and toasted
