1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
2 tsp. capers, drained, chopped
3 each anchovies, finely chopped
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1-1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
Salad
16 each red heirloom tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
16 each yellow heirloom tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
To taste Salt and pepper
2 qt. fennel, thinly shaved
2-3/4 qt. frisee
1 cup fresh basil, chiffonade, divided
2-2/3 cups kalamata olives, cut in half
2 cups Parmesan cheese, shaved
32 slices ciabatta bread, thinly sliced, rubbed with garlic and oil and toasted
