Ingredients
- 2 large portobello mushrooms caps
- 8 mini sweet peppers, sliced
- 1 shallot, sliced
- olive oil
- onion and herb seasoning mix
- Serve with jasmine rice
- Heat grill until hot. Drizzle mushroom caps, peppers and shallots with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning mix. Grill veggies until fork tender. Prepare jasmine rice according to package directions, serve with veggies.
