Ingredients
1 box of ziti or rigatoni½ cup low sodium or fat free chicken broth
4 cups cooked chopped chicken
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 8 oz. container fat free sour cream
1 can mushrooms (optional)
½ cup parmesan cheese
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite shredded cheese...I use one that is cheddar mixed with monterey jack cheese also)
