- 1-2 green serrano peppers sliced lengthwise, de-seeded
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt, or to taste
- 2 tablespoon(s) mustard oil, but any oil can work
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon(s) Ghee, but butter(1/2 inch) will do optional
