- 1 x 15ml tablespoon dark rum
- 1 ball candied stem ginger (optional)
- 1 ripe mango or 1 tub ready-cubed ripe mango
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 scoops mango sorbet
- 2 cigar cookies or fan wafers (optional)
