• 8 cups of milk (half a gallon)
• 6 eggs
• 1 and half cups of sugar
• 1 tsp of salt
• 1 tsp of good quality vanilla
• 1 (12oz) package of fine egg noodles
• Fresh lemon peel (just cut a large slice w/o pith)
