  • 1 (16-ounce) can fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups light coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons sliced peeled fresh lemon grass or 1 tablespoon thinly sliced lime rind
  • 3 bay leaves
