- 500gr Prawns (250grper person). Deveined and tail kept on.
- 200g Butter - you can use less
- Half a cup of good Olive Oil
- 10-15 Garlic cloves
- Chilli 7-10 pieces(this varies depending on taste. I use a lot).
- 1 Glass Dry White Wine
- Paprika sprinkled over dish before serving.
