- Salt and pepper, to season
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 2 potatoes, peeled
- 4 tbsp double cream
- 100ml white wine
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 carrot diced pinch of nutmeg
- 2 stock cubes, 2 knorr stock pots or a leftover chicken carcass
