Ingredients

2-3 cloves Garlic. minced
1/2 c Tamari
2 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Beef or chicken stock (prefer organic)
1-11/2 lbs Flank steak
1 3/4 c Beef or chicken stock
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 c Celery, cut in diagonal strips
2 c Onions, sliced into crescents
2 c Cabbage, shredded
4 c Bok choy, swiss chard or napa cabbage
2 c Mushrooms, sliced
2-5 Green onions, cut diagonally
2-3 c Fresh bean sprouts
