Spicy Black Bean Tacos

Ingredients

1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 Small or ½ large yellow onion, finely chopped
1 Medium poblano pepper, fine to medium chopped
1 15oz Can organic black beans, drained and rinsed
1-2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped, grated, or pressed
½ tsp Chili powder (your choice of brand)
1 tsp Ground cumin
½ tsp Cholula Hot Sauce (or your favorite vinegar based hot sauce)
1 tsp Sea salt
½ tsp Ground black pepper
1 package Sprouted corn tortillas
For garnish:
Shredded cabbage or mixed greens, your choice
Chopped fresh cilantro
1 Lime, cut into wedges
Grape tomatoes, halved
Fresh Salsa
Plain greek yogurt (instead of sour cream)
Sliced avocado
Chopped fresh jalapeño
