1 Large seedless cucumber, quartered lengthwise, cut into chunks
1 Small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
3 Large bunches watercress, seperated into sprigs, or 8 cups mixed salad greens
Lime wedges, for garnish
