2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 lb. Extra-firm tofu, crumbled
1 8-oz. Can water chestnuts, chopped
4 t. Low-sodium soy sauce
4 t. Hoisin sauce or more to taste
1 t. Vegetarian sriracha or other chili sauce
16 Butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce leaves
Garnishes:
Carrot, grated
Green onions
Peanuts, chopped
Hoisin and chili sauces
