2 teaspoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 cup bottled char siu sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
4 (1-1/2-inch-thick) pork chops, trimmed of fat
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Stir-Fried Vegetables
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1/2 cup julienned red bell pepper
1/2 cup jutienned yellow bell pepper
1 cup (1-inch) pieces yard-long beans or green beans

Julienned green onion, for garnish
