4 bunches Asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (15-ounce) container whole milk ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
2 cups Shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons Butter
