2 tbsp Unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups Diced onion (3 medium onions)
1/2 tsp Dried thyme
1 Small bay leaf
3 1/2 cups Chicken broth
1 tbsp Honey
1/3 cup Whipping cream
1/2 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
