500ml Milk or soy milk
1 Small onion, roughly chopped

100g Butter
30g (15g rice flour adn 15g corn flour)
1.5kg Potatoes, peeled and quatered
2 tbsp Single cream or milk ( or soy cream)
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
225g Cooked peeled prawns
1 tbsp Capers in brine, drained, rinsed and chopped
2 tbsp Choppled fresh parsley leaves
15g Parmesan grated (optional)
